Round Table Meeting on Education
The Utrecht School of Journalism will present the results of a survey on investigative journalism in the curriculum of different Schools of Journalism in Europe. How is investigative journalism taught in Europe? What are the pitfalls and chances? Best practices will be presented and discussed. Special attention will be paid to online investigative journalism: how to use blogs, wiki’s, databases and crowd sourcing in education? Students of the Europe in the World programme will present the results of their follow-up research on the latest developments of investigative journalism in Europe.
